About the Opportunity As a Procurement Program Coordinator with the Single Digital Patient Record (SDPR) program, a landmark initiative transforming patient care statewide. As a Procurement Program Coordinator , you’ll provide critical procurement and program management support to ensure ICT/digital projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards. This role offers the chance to contribute to a program that unifies patient information, enabling connected and safe care for every person in NSW. In this role, you will: Coordinate procurement and program management activities for ICT/digital projects. Maintain project documentation, schedules, and risk/issue registers to support delivery. Prepare reports and briefs to ensure accurate monitoring and evaluation of outcomes. Communicate with stakeholders and facilitate working groups to achieve project goals. Support timely, on-budget, and quality delivery of procurement and project objectives. About You The successful candidate will: Have experience supporting large, complex ICT/digital projects, including procurement coordination. Is highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Brings strong knowledge of project management processes, including risk and issue tracking. Excel at stakeholder communication and building collaborative relationships. Have a customer-focused approach and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
