Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. You'll need to be comfortable using a computer and phone system, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Minimum commitment is a 3‑5 hour shift per week. Once you complete your training, you have the option to volunteer from home or work at the Wildcare Helpline office at WA Wildlife.
