Support your team and community through practical, hands‑on care. As a Clinical Nurse in Toowoomba you’ll help coordinate care, guide staff, and contribute to a safe and respectful environment. What Your Day Will Look Like Join a high‑performing, dynamic Emergency Department where no two days are the same. Our Emergency Department sees 170‑190 varied clinical presentations per day. You will provide advanced clinical care across all age groups, from neonates to geriatric patients, in a state‑of‑the‑art environment with 70 clinical spaces, including: Short Stay Unit (SSU), Acute Adult and Paediatric Cubes, Adult and Paediatric Resuscitation Areas, Triage, Fast Track/Ambulatory Care. We are proud of our well‑supported, team‑focused environment. Clinical Facilitators and Associate Nurse Unit Managers are rostered seven days a week to support staff on early and late shifts. You will also benefit from access to our team of educators and clinical facilitators, and be supported to attend multidisciplinary learning through regular weekly simulation training and larger inter‑departmental simulations, empowering you to build capability and confidence in a fast‑paced, supportive clinical setting.
