Guided by our vision "the best care until the world is free of MND", we provide vital services at no cost, raise awareness across the community, and generate the funds needed to deliver care and hope. Responsibilities Provide warm, timely, and personalised support to fundraisers and donors. Play a key role in our major fundraising campaigns (The Great MND Relay, Shut Up for MND, Run for MND, Adventures with Impact). Manage our merchandise program and ensure our supporters receive a great experience. Create positive, memorable supporter journeys that keep people coming back year after year. About You You're a natural connector and problem solver who thrives on making people feel valued. You'll bring: Experience in customer service (hospitality, retail, call centres, NFP — all welcome). Excellent communication skills — written, phone, and face-to-face. A team spirit and a genuine passion for community and making a difference.
