THE ROLE:Assist with driving a customer-focused culture, creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction. Support the Store Manager to engage and empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration. Work with leadership to build an effective and profitable store. Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators. Support with driving operational excellence, managing rosters and preparing back-of-house administration. The Ideal CandidateExperience in a similar leadership or supervisory role in a fast-paced high volume fashion retail store. A supportive leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success. Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to exceed sales, wages and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets. An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising. Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
