Family owned and in its 38th year, Trentham Estate Winery is a showcase establishment of the region, renowned for award-winning wines and exceptional food and service at its Cellar Door and Restaurant on the banks of the Murray River, just 15 minutes from Mildura. Trentham is seeking a qualified chef or experienced cook to join its small team in presenting regional modern cuisine at the winery’s restaurant. This exciting role is in a well-equipped kitchen with a dining environment second to none, with a focus on food together with award-winning wines, in a supportive team setting. To foster a positive work/life balance, the position offers fantastic conditions for a hospitality role including mainly day shifts with only the occasional evening required, and no split shifts or early morning starts.
