We are seeking a reliable and professional MC Driver to join our family-owned transport business, operating modern, well-maintained tautliner trailers between Tumut and Sydney. This position offers steady, regular work and an excellent work/life balance. MC Truck Driver – General Freight (Tumut – Sydney Linehaul) Location: Tumut, NSWSchedule: 5 Trips per FortnightEmployment Type: Full-Time / Permanent We are seeking a reliable and professional MC Driver to join our family-owned transport business, operating modern, well-maintained tautliner trailers between Tumut and Sydney. This position offers steady, regular work and an excellent work/life balance. Duties include: Driving modern, well-maintained prime movers and tautliner trailers Loading and unloading freight Ensuring proper load restraint and freight security Conducting pre-trip inspections and maintaining vehicle cleanliness Completing required paperwork, manifests, and records accurately Must Have: Current MC licence (will consider capable HC drivers willing to upgrade – assistance provided) National Police Background Check Current Fit-for-Driving Medical and Pre-Employment Medical Assessment (assistance available) Current Driving History Check Strong English communication skills – both written and verbal Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to safety and professionalism Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team Australian work rights required for this position Desirable Forklift licence or willingness to obtain (assistance provided) Basic Fatigue Management (BFM) accreditation or willingness to obtain Why Join Us?
