Purpose of the position Business Development Manager calling on Truck Dealerships, OEM Earthmoving, Agriculture OEM/Distributors around Nth NSW area covering Hunter Valley, Western NSW, New England, Nth Coast areas, maintaining a strong brand presence in the marketplace. Also providing support to our General Range BDM / Distributors. This role requires the BDM to have a mechanical aptitude with a minimum 3 – 5 years sales background and a proven track record. Skills and Qualifications Proven sales experience within industries such as transport, construction, agriculture sector. Understanding of Lube/Greasing System equipment knowledge - would be an advantage. Hands‑on experience with equipment. Well‑developed business acumen. Ability to multi‑task. Can work autonomously or in a team environment. Detail focused with the ability to turn business pain points into tailored solutions. Ambitious, adaptable, and motivated by growth and continuous learning. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point. Benefits Highly competitive base salary and sales incentives.
