This position is working within our APM Futures program, based in Lake Haven commencing at 3 days per week (Wednesday to Friday) 8.30am – 5.00pm (hours could increase depending on caseload growth)
About the Role
APM Futures delivers highly individualised employment supports to NDIS Participants. You will be motivating, mentoring and supporting personal growth, helping your participants to develop and establish their vocational identity, tailoring their supports to their individual requirements.
Provide hands on & highly consultative support to a small group of participants Provide mentorship, encourage skills development and increase people's capacity for work Deliver person centred supports to participants, some transitioning from school to work Provide on-site support once employment has commenced and assist with integration Provide support and consultation to employers Qualifications & Requirements
