Inclusive Employment Australia Employment Coach Inclusive Employment Australia Employment Coach 2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants As an Inclusive Employment Australia Employment Coach, your role will be to assess the support needs of Deaf and Hard of Hearing IEA Participants. You will provide a tailored approach to assist the Participants to achieve and maintain sustainable employment, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements. This is a full-time role located onsite with some travel to our outreach sites. Job openings at below locations: Toowong, Brisbane, QLD Bankstown, Sydney, NSW About Sign for Work - As a key business of Deaf Children Australia, Sign for Work has been a quality provider of Disability Employment Services for over 20 years, supporting people with a permanent injury, health condition, or disability to gain meaningful, long-term, sustainable employment. Sign for Work delivers Specialist IEA services for people who are Deaf and Hard of Hearing in Victoria, Queensland, New South Wales and South Australia. Skills and Experience required for this role Proficiency in Auslan (Australian Sign Language) Ability to develop and foster effective working relationships with programparticipants and a range of community employers, businesses, and external stakeholders Proven ability working to targets and KPI's High-level communication skills A team player with a commitment to collaboration Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise workload Flexible and adaptable Proficient in Microsoft Office and the use of databases Relevant qualification or working towards or at least 2 years of experience Why work for us?
