Network Infrastructure Engineer Join the team as a Network Infrastructure Engineer at EOS IT Solutions Position Overview As a Network Infrastructure Engineer, you will be focused on the build out and expansion of our global network. You’ll work closely with SRE, Network Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Project Managers, and vendors to maintain and improve our global infrastructure. What You’ll Do Develop and implement consistent processes and visibility measurements for effective infrastructure management Provision hardware, software, and network components Create documentation such as network "as builds" and topologies Introduce cutting‑edge technology and automation solutions to improve deployment and maintenance Plan and implement network and server installations, including facility power, cooling, security, rack layout, and cable management Provide technical guidance during deployment activities Maintain documentation, plans, SOPs, MoPs, etc. Collaborate with internal teams for day‑to‑day activities Assist with defining, documenting, and implementing consistent processes across all regions What You Need to Succeed Highly visible position requiring deep technical understanding of office infrastructure, network, Linux, data analysis, and project management Excellent technical and communication skills, navigating challenges across schedules, time zones, and cultures Minimum 3 years prior relevant experience in operations, SRE, Linux admin, network engineering, or DevOps Familiarity with network operations tasks and projects Experience with optical transport technologies (CWDM/DWDM) Configuration management tools (Saltstack, Chef, Puppet, Ansible) Network hardware administration Knowledge of network protocols, topologies, and enterprise architecture Experience writing network configuration and design documentation Problem‑solving through automation and scripting for internal tools Running and improving operational processes in a changing environment Experience with infrastructure projects with many moving parts Experience installing/maintaining infrastructure and DCIM tools Professional network certification(s) such as JNCIP, CCNP or higher Working knowledge of Juniper, Cisco IOS, and wireless Strong verbal, written, problem‑solving, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills Proactive, able to learn fast and execute multiple tasks simultaneously Basic program management responsibilities (prioritization, planning, scheduling, status reporting) using JIRA Experience managing remote teams Team player with experience in 24/7/365 mission‑critical service environment Knowledge of OSI model and isolating network, hardware, and software issues Belonging at EOS At EOS, we believe that diversity drives innovation and inclusion fuels growth.
