You will be a people person, a problem solver and a connector. Of course you will still need to be able to get the job done right, but in this role your focus will be more on the customer service side of things and you can lean on others for the more technical stuff.You will be handed responsibility for a group of clients from day 1… but don’t worry, you won’t be thrown in the deep end, we will be there to help you along the wayWe’re not into working in silos or keeping our client relationships all to ourselves. In saying that, we are serious about the quality of service we provide to our clients in relation to their tax and accounting needs. Even though we do many things differently, we don’t negotiate on delivering work that is on time and accurate.This role will be a great fit for you if you:
Have a solid background in accounting with some leadership experience under your beltKnow your stuff, but know when it’s time to call in the expertsHave a genuine interest in helping clients and team members proactivelyLove bringing the wow to the customer experienceAre open to change and innovationDon’t have an issue getting your hands dirtyBelieve in getting it right and getting it doneAre not afraid to have real conversationsCan explain complex financial info in a way that makes sense to everyoneAre more strategic focused with client’s than technically focusedThe role will be:
A mix of on the tool’s work and other responsibilities (depending on how you are wired)Focused on clients who are small to medium businesses, in a range of industriesPart of a friendly and supportive team with plenty of opportunities for collaborationFilled with compliance and advisory (the blend is what matters most)You are someone who:
