In addition to OT responsibilities within the NDIS, our team is empowered to provide referrals through both theHome Care Package (HCP) and theCommonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) . Key Responsibilities: As an Occupational Therapist (OT) your responsibilities include but not limited to: Conduct specialist assessments (e.g., functional capacity, independent living skills) aligned with participants’ NDIS goals. Develop tailored intervention plans and detailed reports to support skill development and capacity building. Collaborate with participants, families, support coordinators, and allied health professionals to deliver person-centred care. Monitor client progress, maintain accurate documentation, and adjust interventions as needed. Ensure services are delivered within NDIS funding allocations and in accordance with organisational policies and procedures. About You We are looking for a skilled Occupational Therapist who has: A qualified and passionate Occupational Therapist with strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills. A professional with a solid understanding of the NDIS framework and experience working with diverse participants. An excellent communicator who can build effective relationships with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Requirements To be eligible, you must have or willing to complete: Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain). Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain). Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
