We are looking for a world‑class Videographer to join the Aaron Sansoni Group International (ASG) and support the execution of our newly developed media strategy. This role is for someone who lives and breathes content capture, has a sharp creative eye, and thrives in fast‑paced environments where moments move quickly and expectations are high. You will work directly with Aaron and the Head of Content to film long form and short form content across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and our internal training ecosystem. You will be behind the camera during events, private workshops, travel days, behind‑the‑scenes moments, and high‑value content shoots. Your job is to ensure nothing important is missed and everything captured aligns with the brand direction. This is not an ordinary videographer role. This is a high‑impact, fast‑moving, multi‑format filming position inside a founder‑led media team with a big vision. You must be technical, adaptable, creative, and relentlessly committed to producing high‑quality content. What You Will Do Capture Elite Long Form and Short Form Content Film high‑quality long form YouTube videos, vlogs, interviews, keynote sessions, student testimonials, and podcast recordings Capture short form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, and LinkedIn Shoot both planned and spontaneous content during events, travel days, backstage access, and in‑studio sessions Maintain high production value through expert lighting, audio setup, framing, and composition Travel and On‑Site Filming Travel with Aaron to selected events, speaking engagements, workshops, and training sessions Capture high‑impact content across multiple environments and ensure all essential moments are filmed Adapt quickly to changing environments, tight schedules, and high‑energy situations Execute Strategic Direction Work closely with Aaron and the Head of Content to plan shoot days, filming angles, formats, and content opportunities Execute the creative and strategic direction that aligns with weekly content goals Identify powerful moments during filming that can be repurposed into long form and short form content Manage Equipment and Footage Maintain and manage all camera, lighting, and audio equipment Ensure everything is charged, packed, and ready for travel or filming Organise and deliver footage daily with clear file labels, folder structures, and consistent communication Build and maintain a library of B‑roll and environmental footage for ongoing content repurposing Collaborate with the Content Team Work alongside the Head of Content and Short Form Editor to ensure the right footage is captured for the weekly content pipeline Provide footage that is optimised for editing, storytelling, and platform performance Contribute creative ideas for new YouTube formats, reels concepts, and unique visual storytelling opportunities About You 2-4+ years experience as a videographer, camera operator, or content creator Proven experience filming long form and short form content Strong technical knowledge of cameras, lighting, microphones, gimbals, and production setups Experience filming events, keynotes, interviews, testimonials, or behind‑the‑scenes environments Confident directing talent on camera, including founders and speakers Ability to travel domestically when required for events and filming Strong organisational skills with clean file management practices Able to work fast, adapt quickly, and perform well in a high‑performance founder‑led environment Creative eye and strong sense of visual storytelling Comfortable capturing content in both controlled setups and unpredictable, fast‑moving scenarios Team player who takes ownership and thrives in a dynamic and growing environment ASG Team Member Benefits Subsidised gym membership Access to dedicated training and development materials Quarterly experience days for charity, team bonding, or personal development Three‑month onboarding and training programme One to two days work from home available, depending on filming requirements Access to all of Aaron Sansoni Group's on‑demand training and programmes Family and friend discounts to live training experiences Career progression opportunities across Aaron's companies THE ASG WAY (ROLE) R – Relentless: We do whatever it takes.
