Position Summary Responsible for the day‑to‑day operations within the property maintenance department ensuring plant and equipment operate with the least amount of downtime. Maintain the complex facility, including all mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems and related equipment in accordance with energy conservation and preventative maintenance programmes. Respond to guest requests whilst engaging and inspiring them with each guest experience. Carry out room preventative maintenance as per Marriott standard. Monitor plant rooms and equipment and record the necessary logs. Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, creating intimate and distinctive experiences to enable future bookings. Carry out general maintenance jobs by utilising hands‑on role. Always adhere to OH&S rules in the workplace. About You Relevant experience in general maintenance, property maintenance in hotels, facilities, residential or commercial. Working rights in Australia. Enthusiastic to accelerate your career. Self‑motivated, driven and energized in a fast‑paced environment. Armed with smart solutions and a can‑do attitude. Work on rotating roster including weekend and public holidays.
