Role Overview UMENCO is currently seeking an experienced Head of Marketing for a renowned Australian ready-to-wear brand. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and Creative Director, the Head of Marketing will be responsible for creatively and commercially sharing the brand story both nationally and internationally. This pivotal role supports the brand’s global growth strategy with a strong focus on driving international expansion across retail, wholesale and eCommerce in line with the brands strategic business plan. Working in close partnership with the Commercial Director and National Retail Manager, the Head of Marketing will have full autonomy to design, implement and lead the brand’s marketing strategy. Drawing on deep experience within designer and luxury fashion, the role requires the ability to translate brand vision into market-leading results that strengthen awareness, engagement and loyalty across diverse customer touch points. With strong commercial acumen and inspiring leadership, the Head of Marketing will oversee all areas of brand and marketing activity including campaign production, creative content, digital marketing, PR, social media, events and customer experience. The role ensures that marketing investments deliver maximum results while maintaining the integrity of the brand identity across every channel. This includes leading international brand awareness initiatives, managing agency relationships and aligning retail and visual merchandising with the broader marketing and commercial strategy. A proven leader and people developer the Head of Marketing builds mentors and empowers a high-performing team to deliver innovative, commercially driven strategies. Success in this role is measuring by brand awareness, engagement, conversion and international market penetration, underpinned by strong budget management, strategic execution and the ability to influence at senior levels. Extensive luxury experience, strong analytical capability and a collaborative working style are essential to driving the brands next phase of growth.
