We are an international Facilities Management organisation looking for a supervisor to work at our site in Toongabbie. The ideal applicant will be well presented, proactive and able to work well on their own and in a team. They will also be able to use their initiative in their daily routine to provide services that are of a high standard. Role : Full-Time : Mon to Fri ( Key Responsibilities : Coordinate with staff to address urgent cleaning needs or special requests Conduct regular inspections of premises to identify areas needing attention or detail cleaning Document findings and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly Cleaning public areas, wet areas, cold rooms and indoors Kitchen cleaning Floor buffing, mopping and vacuuming Following strict security and OHS procedures Lead by example by actively participating in cleaning tasks alongside the cleaning team Maintain a thorough understanding of cleaning procedures, equipment, materials, and provide guidance and support to staff as needed. Answer and respond to incoming calls related to daily cleaning operations Monitor and manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and coordinate procedures as necessary Conduct regular inspections to ensure that cleaning standards are met or exceed client expectations Essential Criteria : KNOWLEDEGE OF OPERATING ALL CLEANING EQUIPMENTS 2-3 YEARS PLUS EXPERISENCE. KNOWLEDE OF UPDATING AND MAINTING SDS MUST BE ABLE TO TRAIN NEW STAFF SKILLS MUST HAVE STRIP AND SEAL FLOORS, CARPET STEAM CLEANING, OPERATING FLOORS SCRUBBERS, SKILLS TO PRESSURE GERNI WASH, SKILLS TO WASH THE HIGH WINDOWS, SKILLS TO HAVE DETAILING EYE CATCHING AREA. SCISSOR LIFT LICENSE IS PREFERABLE BUT NOT COMPULASARY MUST BE ABLE TO BUILD STRONG REALTIONSHIP WITH CLIENT TEAM WORKER AND MUST BE ABLE TO SUPPORT CLEANING TEAM IN BUSINESS OPERATIONS.
