Job Description In this role your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Own key FP&A cycles including month‑end close, forecasting, annual operating plan (AOP), and long‑term strategic planning Deliver financial analysis across operating costs and commercial spend Prepare and present periodic reporting packs, forecast decks, and performance analysis Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to manage and influence P&L outcomes Support implementation of new tools and processes aligned with global finance standards The Successful Applicant A Successful FP&A Analyst Should Have: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CA/CPA Qualified Previous experience in an FP&A function in the Manufacturing or FMCG sector Experience partnering with Marketing, Sales & Operational stakeholders Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency in financial modelling and reporting tools. Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
