About The Role We are currently seeking a Folder Gluer Packer/Assistant to join our dynamic production team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the consistent quality, efficiency, and output of our folding and gluing operations within our IML production environment. Duties include Pack cartons efficiently while ensuring accuracy and traceability. Maintain equipment, report faults or servicing requirements promptly. Comply with WH&S, HACCP, and environmental procedures to maintain a safe and organized workplace. Conduct visual inspections to ensure all cartons meet customer specifications. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality. About You Prior packing or production experience is an advantage, but not essential. Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks. Ability to visually distinguish all colours (essential for label inspection). Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. A proactive approach to learning.
