We are seeking an experienced and talented Chef/Cook to join our team at The Coffee Club in Mooloolaba, Queensland. As a full time role, you will be an integral part of our kitchen team, responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our customers. What You'll Be Doing Preparing, cooking and plating a variety of delicious meals from our menu Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene regulations Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen and equipment Assisting with inventory management and ordering of kitchen supplies Collaborating with the front‑of‑house team to ensure a seamless dining experience for our customers Providing exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive work environment What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Chef/Cook, preferably in a fast‑paced cafe or restaurant environment Experience specifically in cafe or casual dining establishments Minimum 1‑2 years of Chef/Cook experience is required Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and presentation Excellent time management and multitasking skills Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team Passion for creating delicious, high‑quality meals Current Food Safety Supervisor certification (or willingness to obtain) Food Safety Supervisor certification training will be provided if not currently held Australian citizenship is required for this position What We Offer At The Coffee Club, we are committed to providing a supportive and positive work environment for our team.
