Lending Support Staff – Part Time

Walk With You Capital is seeking a motivated Lending Support Staff Member to assist our lending specialists and help deliver exceptional service to our clients. About the Role We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented person with at least 1 year of experience in lending or finance support . You’ll work closely with our brokers and advisers to help manage client files, prepare documentation, liaise with lenders, and provide excellent customer service. This is a part-time position (around 20 hours per week) with flexible working hours —perfect for someone seeking work-life balance while growing in the financial services industry. All training will be provided. Key Responsibilities Assist lending specialists with client files and loan processing Liaise with clients and lenders by phone and email Prepare and review documentation to ensure accuracy Provide high-quality customer service and professional communication Support the team with administrative tasks and compliance requirements About You Minimum 1 year experience in lending, finance, or mortgage administration Excellent phone manners and customer service skills Native-level English (spoken and written) A team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail Able to work legally in Australia (citizenship, PR, or valid work visa) What We Offer $29 per hour plus performance bonuses Flexible working hours Comprehensive training and ongoing support A friendly, professional, and supportive team environment Located in Surfers Paradise If you’re passionate about finance, enjoy helping people, and want to grow your skills in a collaborative team, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
