Landscape Tradesman

We're Hiring – Landscape Tradesman (Full-Time or Casual Only) Join Insight Landscapes – a well-established, high-end landscaping company with over 20 years of experience. We’re known for building top-quality outdoor spaces and looking after our crew. With plenty of exciting work ahead, we’re looking for reliable, motivated tradesmen to join our growing team. Please note: We are hiring full-time or casual tradesmen only – no apprentices at this time. What We Are Looking For: Experience in landscape or construction (paving, concreting, retaining walls, etc.) Ability to read plans and run small jobs when required MR truck licence and machine experience (excavator/bobcat) is a major advantage Strong work ethic and positive attitude Willingness to work across a variety of landscape construction projects Reliable, punctual, and able to work within a team Able to work unsupervised when needed Based at our warehouse in Woonona Most jobs located within 30–60 minutes of the warehouse Full-time or casual roles available with immediate start Occasional travel to Sydney job sites Friendly team environment with long-term opportunities Expected hours: 40–50 hours per week Requirements: Current driver’s licence and personal vehicle Prior experience in landscaping or construction Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment White Card (or willingness to obtain) What We Offer: Fuel/travel allowance via company card Competitive pay based on experience Long-term career progression opportunities Work on premium residential landscaping projects #J-18808-Ljbffr
