About the role As a Truck Mechanic at Wade Fleet Maintenance , you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing our customers' fleet of commercial vehicles. Based in Forrestfield, WA 6058 , this full‑time甚至, Monday‑Friday position will see you working on a variety of road transport equipment, ensuring the fleet remains in top condition. What you’ll be doing Conducting repairs and maintenance on road transport equipment, mainly trucks and some trailers. Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and emission systems. Carrying out a wide range of repair and rebuilds to engines, transmissions and drivelines. Performing inspections and reporting on the condition of vehicles and the scope of repairs required. Conducting preventative maintenance checks and services. Adhering to all relevant safety standards and procedures. What we’re looking for Formal qualification in Cert III in Heavy Automotive (road transport). Extensive experience as a heavy vehicle mechanic, preferably in the Automotive Trades industry. Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Current HR driver’s licence and your own tools. Minimum vrouwelijke+ years of experience as a qualified heavy vehicle mechanic. What we offer Competitive salary and bonus structure.
