Audiologist / Audiometrist Specsavers Partnership Opportunity – Singleton, NSW Join to apply for the Audiologist / Audiometrist Specsavers Partnership Opportunity – Singleton, NSW role at Bendigo Advertiser. As a Joint Venture Partner, you will have the best of both worlds – the freedom to look after your customers, make those critical day-to-day decisions and run your own business, with the support of Specsavers behind you. Specsavers Singleton is an established audiology business with a loyal customer base, having commenced trade in December. Benefits No sales targets or product-related KPIs. A comprehensive 2.5-week clinical standards and business management induction program. Full business and administrative support from Specsavers (payroll, accounts payable, marketing, IT, supply chain). Guaranteed salary ranging between $100,000 – $110,000 plus super, paid fortnightly. Annual profit sharing (paid monthly once the business is profitable). Future value of shares in the business you develop (paid upon retirement). 5 weeks annual leave plus birthday leave. Two free pairs of glasses per year. Requirements Hold or be eligible to hold a qualified practitioner number as a full member of the appropriate professional body (Audiology Australia, The Hearing Aid Audiometrist Society of Australia or The Australian College of Audiology). Two years clinical experience post obtaining QP. High level of interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strategic working relationships. Ability to lead and work collaboratively to achieve desired business outcomes. Willingness to challenge and help shape the industry for the better, with a focus on clinical excellence, open and transparent pricing, and excellent products at value-for-money pricing.
