Flexibility and reliability are essential. Role Overview Provide a friendly, sensitive, efficient, and confidential service to the public in a high‑acuity area. Support the emergency department through accurate administrative and clerical work, maintain professionalism, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams. Selection Criteria Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service. Demonstrated ability to maintain a professional and confidential attitude at all times. Demonstrated advanced administrative and clerical skills, including data accuracy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi‑task and problem‑solve in a high‑acuity area.
