Employment Details Employment Type : Permanent Full Time Location : Bega Position Classification : Radiographer Level 5 Grade 2 Remuneration : $161,664.34 per annum Hours Per Week : 35 Requisition ID : REQ Applications Close : 21 November 2025 Interview Details : Scheduled within 10 days of closing What You’ll Be Doing The Manager provides a quality, sustainable diagnostic imaging service by actively participating in the multidisciplinary delivery of person‑focused services to the patients, clients and clinicians of Southern NSW LHD. Selection Criteria Current Authority to Practice as a Medical Radiation Practitioner with AHPRA and NSW EPA licence to use radiation (IA14). Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ability to interact with and engage a wide range of people. Ability to build and manage a team, optimise workflows, monitor service provision with minimal direction. Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or senior management experience. Experience in HR management, recruitment and professional development of staff. Experience developing and optimising a range of clinical services, including protocols and new services. Evidence of ongoing CPD, and development and implementation of programs to supervise and develop other staff at a range of skill levels. Experience applying legislation and regulations to medical imaging, developing policies and procedures, and accreditation of imaging services. Experience in strategic management of imaging services, including finances, succession planning, service development and accreditation, to ensure long‑term sustainability.
