Desired Skills And Experience To thrive in this role, you will hold a qualification in Early Childhood and have experience working in Early Years Services, demonstrating a strong ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues. You will have a thorough understanding of relevant State and Federal policies, regulations, and compliance standards for Early Years Services. A genuine passion for working with children and families is essential, along with knowledge of best practices in equity, inclusion, Indigenous perspectives, and sustainable approaches within an Early Childhood setting. A current and valid Working with Children Check. First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certifications. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in Early Childhood development and programming.
