Packaging Coordinator - Best&Less Support Centre, Rhodes NSW The Role The Packaging Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring consistent and effective execution of packaging across our product range. This role is responsible for developing new packaging concepts, managing design execution, and working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality packaging that aligns with Best&Less brand standards. Areas of Responsibility Packaging Development : Develop innovative packaging concepts in collaboration with the Product and Marketing teams, ensuring designs meet brand guidelines and product requirements. Design Execution : Work with external design and print vendors to manage the packaging design process from concept to final production. Review and approve artwork to ensure accuracy and consistency. Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with internal teams to align packaging with promotional strategies and the customer experience. Communicate with stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery. Project Management : Develop project timelines, track progress, and address issues to keep projects on schedule. Maintain detailed records of all packaging projects. Sustainability Initiatives : Support sustainability projects, integrating sustainable materials and recycling initiatives into packaging designs. Who You Are You have experience in packaging or print and are comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. You have exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of creativity to bring innovative packaging concepts to life. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong organizational and planning abilities. You’re skilled at building credibility with internal teams and external suppliers.
