Reporting into the QA Lead and working closely with developers and business stakeholders, you’ll play a critical role in enhancing core financial systems that power the capital markets. Key Responsibilities Be the automation champion who designs and implements end-to-end automation frameworks Drive automation strategy while supporting manual testing Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to ensure quality engineering across financial platforms Build and implement automation frameworks from scratch, working with stakeholders throughout the journey Skills & Experience Demonstrated success in creating automation frameworks from scratch Solid experience within Capital Markets or investment systems environments Ability to collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to ensure quality across financial platformsProven success in driving automation strategy while supporting manual testing when needed Strong coding capability in Java, JavaScript, or comparable languages Hands‑on experience with automation frameworks like BDD, Cucumber, Selenium, etc. Hands‑on experience with integration testing, API automation, systems testing, and back‑end data testing Exceptional stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills A self‑starter with strong problem‑solving skills who thrives in a stand‑alone role Benefits Attractive salary package, generous bonuses and incentives Hybrid flexibility: split your time between Melbourne CBD and home Ownership and influence: take charge of the automation space and build frameworks from the ground up Career progression & longevity: be part of a company renowned for exceptional employee retention and long‑term growth opportunities Apply Now Send your CV via the link below or contact Angela Tan Jenkin at for a confidential discussion.
