Position Description – High Reach Forklift Operator (Casual Full-Time Hours)Location:Keysborough VIC Reports to:Warehouse Manager Duration:Casual – Full Time Hours (3-month initial period, pending review) Start Date:Immediate Shift:Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm (some Saturday overtime available) Pay Rate:$35 per hour Role Overview The Forklift Operator will support daily warehouse operations across dispatch, receiving, and stock movement. The role requires competent operation of both counterbalance and high-reach forklifts, with a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Operate two Toyota electric counterbalance forklifts and one high-reach forklift safely and efficiently. Conduct receiving, dispatch, pallet movement, and replenishment tasks. Move up to 100 pallets per day to ensure the timely flow of materials. Load and unload trucks as required. Maintain accurate documentation and follow warehouse procedures. Inspect forklifts and report any mechanical issues or hazards. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment. Support general warehouse duties as instructed by the Warehouse Manager.
