You will take responsibility for the key performance areas that make the practice successful while working alongside the team. ABOUT THE PRACTICE This is a fully integrated, multi-specialty dental group focused on acquiring and growing dental practices throughout Australia. This role is offering a unique opportunity to grow and upskill with the practice long-term. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Demonstrated ability in effectively managing staff, patients and visitors High process improvement focus Strong leadership and people management skills Implementing and maintaining stock orders and staff rosters Liaising with the marketing manager to drive initiatives Financial administration: Relating the patient statistics to revenue generation and marketing patient monitors to measure success Ensuring standard operating procedures are followed and monthly reporting accurately covers KPI's adherence HOW TO APPLY You need to be eligible to work in AUS. ONLY Australian Citizens, Residents, or Candidates with a valid work visa, who are already in Australia, or that can travel freely back to AU under regulations, can be considered for this role at this time.
