An exciting position to join our clinical team has become available for a motivated and passionate individual. Key responsibilities include: Attend to and provide clinical care for our clients via home visits. Promote a strong customer focused culture. Ensure all documentation, procedures and reporting meets relevant guidelines and legislation. Ensure compliance with relevant legislative requirements. Maintain up to date, clear and accurate client care plans, records and meet administrative requirements in accordance with policies, procedures and funding guidelines. The successful applicant will have: Current AHPRA Nursing registration (ESSENTIAL) Competency in the following clinical procedures - Indwelling Catheter Change and Care,SPC (Suprapubic Catheter) Changes and Care,Wound dressing changes and review,Insulin administration,Knowledge and skill on conducting various clinical assessments,Tracheostomy Care Driver’s license High level of organisational skills Full Australian working rights What we offer: Competitive salary package.
