You will be instrumental in introducing Pfizer’s portfolio to Health Care Professionals, forging strong customer relationships through your comprehensive understanding of healthcare dynamics and Pfizer's variety of products.**How you will achieve it:**The Health Representative will merge patient-centric market knowledge with sharp business acumen, displaying promotional excellence and proficiency in both virtual and face-to-face interactions. Team collaboration is essential, utilising cross-functional resources to attain Pfizer’s strategic imperatives.**Preferred qualifications:*** A degree in Business, Science, or related healthcare qualification is preferred.* Experience in Pharmaceutical Sales is valuable.* Demonstrated success in managing territories effectively.* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.* Adherence to high standards of ethical medicine promotion.* Demonstrated completion of the Medicines Australia training program.* Valid Australian Driver's License.**The ideal candidate:*** Strong knowledge of the disease states, therapeutic areas, and products.* A deep understanding & proactive approach to engaging with customers.* Strategic mindset with robust relationship-building skills.* Demonstrated ability to assess account needs and provide relevant information and resources to drive performance.* Leadership and persuasive communication skills.* A can-do attitude and a work ethic underpinned by determination and adaptability to an ever-changing environment.* Thorough understanding of communicating utilising digital tools**Additional information:**If successful, the candidate will receive through training and support across all aspects of the role from internal colleagues & mentors.
