We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Accountant to join our expanding team. This full-time position is ideal for someone with solid accounting knowledge and strong analytical abilities who wants to contribute meaningfully in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. Develop and maintain financial, accounting, and budgetary policies. Prepare financial statements and reports for management and regulatory bodies. Support audits and ensure accuracy, compliance, and integrity of financial data. Provide financial and tax advice for business operations and strategic decisions. Conduct financial analysis for mergers, acquisitions, capital projects, and risk assessment. Monitor operating costs, cash flow, and overall financial performance. Oversee accounts payable / receivable, banking, and funds management. Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with legislation and accounting standards. Implement and improve accounting systems and financial processes. Identify opportunities for cost savings, revenue growth, and operational efficiency. Resolve financial discrepancies and support timely, accurate reporting. About You Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Bachelor of Commerce preferred). CA / CPA qualified is highly desirable. Minimum 3 years' experience in an accounting firm. Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented approach. Experience with month-end processes, including balance sheet reconciliations, journal postings, and investigating items within ERP systems. Strong computer skills, including intermediate Excel and proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with others. Located in Perth, Western Australia. Vietnamese language skills are desirable.
