Community is at the heart of what we do as we collect over 120 million litres of milk each year from more than 40 dairy farming families located in WA’s pristine Southwest region. The Role: We are currently looking for an Accounts Payable Officer to ensure our payments are completed accurately and in a timely manner. This role will be responsible for processing invoices against Purchase Orders and for building and maintaining strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders. Role Responsibilities: Prepare and process weekly payments accurately and in a timely manner Verifying and processing invoices against Purchase Orders Contribute to the day-to-day operations of accounts payable Management of supplier records Distribution of remittance advice Provide professional and prompt customer service to our customers Accounts Payable related Data Entry Requirements: Experience with Oracle/JDE will be highly regarded High attention to detail Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role Exposure to a Fast Moving Consumable Goods environment will be highly regarded What do we offer: 5 Weeks annual leave Employee rewards program Various health and wellbeing discounts i.e. private health, hotels, gyms Employee Assistance Program Apply: To apply for this role, please submit a CV and covering letter that best shows your relevant skills and experience.
