We are looking for an experienced Social Media Content Creator & Graphic Designer to take full ownership of the day‑to‑day social media presence and drive growth across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and other platforms. This is a hands‑on role where you'll create, publish, and optimise content that brings the brand to life, engages the audience, and strengthens the client's social footprint. Your Key Responsibilities Own and manage the social media content calendar with the Founder and wider team across all key platforms Develop and optimise social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth Create, film, edit, and publish high‑quality short‑form video and static content (reels, stories, carousels, trends) Design on‑brand social media graphics, templates, and motion assets for campaigns and daily content Produce platform‑optimised content, adapting format, style, and messaging for each channel Monitor performance metrics and use insights to refine content, timing, and engagement strategies Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates, and cultural moments to deliver timely, reactive content Build and nurture the online community through comments, DMs, and interactive content Pitch creative concepts, hooks, and formats to evolve the brand's social presence Support campaigns, product launches, hiring initiatives, and key business moments with social‑first creative Maintain consistent brand visuals, tone, and storytelling across all platforms Collaborate with internal teams, founders, and external creators, and manage freelancers where required What We're Looking For Proven experience managing social media for a brand or business Strong short‑form content creation and editing skills Social media advertisement experience is required Confident on camera and comfortable creating personality‑led content Solid understanding of TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube best practices Creative thinker with an eye for detail, trends, and visual storytelling Organised, proactive, and able to manage content independently This is your chance to own social for a fast‑growing business and make a real impact on brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
