To make it all happen were assembling a highly skilled team to take on complex large-scale projects that showcase Austals proven expertise. As a key member of our Human Resources (HR) team you wont just be a part of this youll be at the heart of it. Youll be a trusted expert providing top-tier HR / IR advice that drives business success and helps us build the team of the future. Youll collaborate across the entire HR team to deliver seamless service partner with our Learning & Organisational Development team to embed our culture and help shape an organization thats ready for anything. Whats Involved Stakeholder Management : Youll be the primary point of contact for managers and employees building strong relationships and providing trusted advice on all HR matters. Tailored Solutions : Youll proactively collaborate with managers to address people issues offering bespoke solutions and case management support for grievances disciplinary issues and complex investigations. Strategic Collaboration : Youll work with managers and external partners to implement key HR strategies and cyclical activities including performance reviews succession planning and workforce planning. Operational Support : Youll support the implementation of various HR programs such as reward and recognition employee development initiatives and enterprise agreements. Policy and Compliance : Youll advise on the interpretation of relevant Acts Regulations and internal policies ensuring compliance and fairness in all people-related decisions. Youll Need You have a bachelors degree in human resources or a related field with at least five years of experience in a similar role. You possess extensive knowledge of employment and industrial relations law along with experience developing and implementing HR-related policies and procedures. You also have strong coaching interpersonal and organizational skills and are highly experienced at conducting workplace investigations and resolving complex issues. Furthermore you have strong written and verbal communication negotiation and influencing abilities including high-level technical writing skills. Finally you are experienced in implementing HR / IR strategies programs and policies as well as delivering presentations and training to both management and staff.
