The Opportunity We're looking for a passionate Stone Gallery Manager to lead our showroom team. As a key player in driving sales performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences, you'll play a pivotal role in managing showroom operations while coaching and motivating your team to excel. This is more than a management role; you'll guide customers through product selection, support sales teams with expert knowledge, and ensure our gallery showcases premium natural stone products to the highest standard. What You'll Be Doing Greet, engage, and build rapport with every customer entering the showroom Guide customers through the selection process, providing expert advice on our products Respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring professional and accurate communication Support sales teams by providing product knowledge, showroom access, and assistance with client presentations Coach and motivate the sales team to drive performance and achieve assigned sales targets Work with the sales team to escalated and resolve customer issues effectively Collaborate with other Stone Gallery Managers to share best practices and optimise customer experience across galleries Showroom Operation and Presentation Ensure the gallery is presented to the highest standard, including visual merchandising and product layout Continuously improve product display to showcase the full range of stone products Manage showroom equipment, technology, and displays to support a seamless customer experience Allocate products for display or storage efficiently, collaborating with warehouse staff as needed Work closely with warehouse, logistics, and sales to ensure smooth operations and timely product delivery Collaborate with other Stone Gallery Managers and their teams to ensure consistent standards across locations Support colleagues in achieving broader business objectives while fostering a collaborative work environment Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance showroom and sales operations Reporting & Administration Prepare accurate and timely reports to support procurement, inventory management, and sales planning Track and communicate issues regarding product, inventory, or showroom operations Provide necessary documentation and reports to logistics/warehouse teams to support order fulfilment What We're Looking For Minimum 5 years' experience in retail, showroom management, or sales of premium products (stone, tiles, or related industries preferred) Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating a team to achieve targets Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and presentation standards Customer‑focused mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs Good numeracy skills to assist with pricing, proposals, and reporting Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM or sales software is an advantage Highly Desirable Strong understanding of natural stone products and materials Knowledge of visual merchandising and showroom layout best practices Proven track record of delivering high‑quality customer service and sales results Proactive, solutions‑oriented, and committed to continuous improvement Our Values Customer Obsessed – You put customers first and exceed expectations One Team – You share knowledge and support your colleagues Make it Count – You deliver on commitments and take accountability We are Fanatical – You bring passion and pride to everything you do Be You – You respect diverse perspectives and welcome constructive feedback Why Join Signorino?
