About This Role Utilise your administrative expertise to provide support and advice to Corrections Victoria at Hopkins Correctional Centre An ongoing, full‑time opportunity to work with a high‑performing and passionate team VPS Grade 2: $60,295 - $77,430 plus superannuation About The Business Unit This position is based at Hopkins Correctional Centre in Ararat in regional Victoria. Hopkins Correctional Centre is a medium security prison located in Western Victoria housing up to 798 people. The prison takes a multi‑disciplinary approach that promotes active participation in activities structured to assist with rehabilitation and reintegration back to community at end of sentence. About The Role Reporting to the Justice Officer Team Leader, the Justice Officer – Business Support role provides accurate and timely administrative and support services to Hopkins Correctional Centre and staff. Some Of Your Duties Will Include Providing administrative support and client services relevant to the location Providing information and assistance to clients, internal and external stakeholders and the public including the collation, review, and processing of applications Providing reception and telephone responses for the location. About You As our ideal candidate, you will possess: Experience in a range of corporate business administration related tasks, including reception, minute taking, and data entry The ability to cooperate and work well with others in pursuit of team goals while sharing information and acknowledge others' efforts, stepping in to help others where required The ability to respond to clients' needs while keeping the client or stakeholder up to date with issues and developments and promptly following through on inquiries, requests and complaints.
