What You’ll Bring Minimum 3 years’ experience in the web industry Proven ability in custom WordPress theme development - built to design, not from pre‑made templates Strong skills in PHP / MySQL, capable of developing functionality from scratch Strong skills in modern HTML and CSS techniques Solid understanding of front‑end frameworks (Vue, React or similar) or strong vanilla JavaScript experience Confident working with API integrations such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Xero/MYOB, Campaign Monitor, Mailchimp Big‑picture approach to development - focusing on solving problems efficiently, writing clean, well‑structured code, and creating maintainable solutions rather than just implementing features.
