Legal Assistant – WorkCover Team | Entry to Senior Level Roles Legal Assistants – Personal Injury (WorkCover) | All Levels Welcome Gordon Legal is seeking enthusiastic and capable Legal Assistants to join our Personal Injury team, specifically supporting our WorkCover practice. We welcome applications from candidates at all levels—from experienced professionals to those starting their legal support careers. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and legal support to lawyers in the WorkCover team Assist with file management, document preparation, and correspondence Liaise with clients, medical providers, and other stakeholders Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up on tasks Support the team in preparing matters for conciliation and litigation Skills and Experience Previous experience in a legal assistant or administrative role is highly regarded, but not essential Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to manage competing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn Familiarity with personal injury law or WorkCover processes is a plus Why Join Us?
