We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Part Time Kitchen Assistant to join our team at the Bernardi Group's Blayney, NSW location. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. As a Part Time Kitchen Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the kitchen team in food preparation, service and cleaning duties. What you'll be doing Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing and portioning ingredients Ensure proper food handling and storage practices are followed at all times Keep the kitchen and food preparation areas clean, organised and sanitised Restock and maintain inventory of kitchen supplies and equipment Provide excellent customer service to patrons by ensuring meals are delivered promptly and to a high standard Operate various kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Follow all health and safety regulations and protocols What we're looking for Previous experience working in a fast-paced kitchen or food service environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands An enthusiastic and positive attitude What we offer At the Bernardi Group, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
