Mentor and develop senior and junior staff across multiple disciplines. Oversee compliance with Building Code of Australia , state legislation, and internal quality standards. Drive business growth through client relationship management and strategic expansion. Lead high-complexity projects, providing technical oversight and guidance. Represent the company at board and executive level, contributing to strategy and decision-making. Open to candidates from Gold Coast, Brisbane or Sunshine Coast About You Tertiary qualification in Building Surveying, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum 5 years’ experience in building surveying or leadership/management within the building, compliance, or construction sector. Unrestricted accreditation and relevant industry memberships in QLD. Strong commercial acumen, with a proven record in financial performance and growth. Strategic thinker with exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication, and leadership skills. Inspires teams to deliver technical excellence, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
