Inventory Coordinator

Responsibilities Reporting to the Stores Manager, you’ll oversee the maintenance inventory to support operational continuity. This role combines hands‑on inventory management with data accuracy and stakeholder engagement. This is a fulltime, permanent position on day shift. Oversee end‑to‑end inventory processes, including Material Mastering and MRP replenishment. Maintain accurate records in SAP and IFS systems. Expedite spares, manage stocktakes, and ensure timely parts availability. Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers for quotes, purchasing, and delivery. Support site shutdown planning and respond to urgent breakdown requirements. Occasionally operate a forklift (training provided if required). What You Will Bring Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical parts. SAP experience highly advantageous. Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain). Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills. Strong computer skills (Excel, SAP) and attention to detail. Experience in heavy manufacturing, IFS systems, and mechanical experience desirable.
