Company: Lux Nails & Spa Pty Ltd – Alice Springs NT Position: Beauty Therapist (Nail Technician) Location: Alice Springs NT 0870 Salary Range: From $75,000 to $85,000 per annum (depending on experience) Employment Type: Full Time (38 hours per week) What We're Looking For Relevant AQF Certificate IV; or AQF Certificate III in Beauty Therapy. With at least one year of relevant full time or part time equivalent experience in a Beauty Therapist (Nail Technician) role or a similar position. Strong customer service skills with a genuine passion for delivering an outstanding client experience. Excellent time management and organisational abilities. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of work. Advising clients on the best beauty products and treatments suited to their individual needs. Assisting in the training and mentoring of junior beauty therapists.
