Join to apply for the Oral Health Therapist - Graduate role at Better Health Network About The Role As an Oral Health Therapist (Extended Scope), you’ll provide oral health assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management, and education to both children and adults — helping promote lifelong healthy oral habits. You’ll also play an active role in outreach programs such as preschools, supported residential services, and Smile Squad initiatives. Days: Monday and Thursday Location: 2A Gardeners Road, Bentleigh East (and multiple sites as required) Employment Type: Part-time (as per contract) What You’ll Do Deliver high-quality oral health care within a supportive, community-based dental service Provide oral health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning Deliver preventive and restorative care to children and adults Promote oral health through education and community engagement Work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive client outcomes Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to a culture of learning and quality improvement About You Bachelor of Oral Health (or Oral Health Science) and current unrestricted AHPRA registration Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Oral Health Therapist (Extended Scope) Demonstrated experience across a range of client groups, including children and adults Passionate about improving oral health outcomes for diverse communities Strong teamwork, communication, and organisational skills Join Us Be part of an organisation creating positive, lasting impact in local communities.
