Join Hilton as a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out while supporting front office operations. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: Provide reception services for Guests, ensuring an exceptional experience from check-in through check-out Complete audits as required Achieve positive outcomes from Guest queries efficiently and timely Ensure efficient reception experience including check-in/out and audit procedures Keep Guest Service Manager informed of relevant guest and departmental feedback Demonstrate high-level customer service at all times Attend training courses and assist with Night Team training and development Maintain knowledge of hotel room categories, rates, packages, promotions, and general product knowledge Maximize room occupancy using up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities Follow correct procedures for acceptance of foreign currencies, credit cards, and cash per hotel credit policy Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation Operate front of house equipment and property management systems according to policies and procedures Adhere to company brand standards Assist other departments as necessary About You The company is looking for: Previous experience in a customer-focused industry Positive attitude and good communication skills Commitment to delivering high-level customer service Excellent grooming standards Calm, efficient, organized with great attention to detail Ability to multi-task while maintaining a positive attitude when working with Guests Professional manner emphasizing hospitality and guest service Ability to work independently and as part of a team Competent IT proficiency Advantageous: previous cash handling experience Advantageous: Front Office/Concierge experience in hotel, leisure, or entertainment sectors Advantageous: conflict resolution experience Training & Development Attend appropriate training courses as required Assist with Night Team's training and development efforts This job may close before the stated closing date, you are encouraged to apply as soon as possible Report this job #J-18808-Ljbffr
