About the Role We are looking for a Merchandiser in Collie . The role is part of the Coles Relay Team (CRT) on an ongoing, casual basis. Key responsibilities: Develop strong relationships with Grocery personnel Create and maintain quality relays/planograms in stores Price and ticket the items in compliance with policy Work autonomously and as part of a team Submit accurate reporting and upload high‑quality photos via smartphone Perform all physical requirements safely, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements Requirements: Planogram or similar experience in a grocery/retail environment Strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail Experience working within the Coles Group is highly regarded (not essential) Ability to perform the physical and repetitive requirements of the role Benefits: Receive roster 2 weeks in advance Competitive hourly rate – $32.79 per hour Internal referral program Ongoing training and support Flexible work‑life hours Live local, work local Career growth – internal opportunities Hundreds of perks, discounts, and services through HR partner Schedule: Up to 20 hours per week (average 18 hours).
