Freshwater Christian College is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Officer to join our committed team. As a Learning Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the full inclusion and success of our students by assisting teachers in the delivery of educational programs. Commencing on 16 January 2026 , this position is Term Time , requiring attendance five days a week during School Terms and Staff Professional Development weeks. Selection Criteria A current Queensland Positive Notice Working with Children Blue Card. A Certificate III, Certificate IV, or Diploma in School-Based Education Support (or equivalent). Full alignment with the values, virtues, and Christian beliefs of Freshwater Christian College. The ability to affirm and adhere to the College’s Statement of Faith. The ability to comply with all College policies, procedures, codes of conduct, and training requirements, including those related to work health and safety, risk management, child protection, and confidentiality. Proven ability to work collaboratively and effectively with all members of the College community. Possess the legal right to live and work in Australia. Highly Regarded Experience working in a school environment with students. Intermediate proficiency in using the Google Suite (e.g., Docs, Sheets, Calendar). Apply now.
