Engineering Technical Lead

What you’ll be doing Lead multiple initiatives to deliver scalable, high‑quality software solutions. Drive engineering maturity: champion best practices, automation, and continuous improvement across teams. Mentor and coach engineers: foster growth, set standards, and build a culture of technical excellence. Collaborate cross‑functionally with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to align technical direction with business goals. Architect and implement solutions ensuring reliability, performance, and security. Promote innovation: evaluate and introduce AI/ML capabilities where they add value. Own technical delivery: oversee code reviews, testing, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code. Champion distributed systems and event‑driven architectures for scale and resilience. Qualifications Proven experience leading engineering teams and initiatives. Expertise in .NET and front‑end frameworks like Angular or ReactJS. Experience with data‑intensive storage and processing frameworks (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, Spark, EMR). Track record building event‑driven and distributed systems. Experience with caching (e.g., Redis, in‑memory) to support scale and speed. Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices such as CI/CD, containers, and infrastructure as code. Skills in applying appropriate engineering methods to make assets tractable. Passion for clean code, continuous improvement, and scalable design.
